   • Additional account access from more than one device may be limited or disallowed entirely, at the full discretion of Nesote.
   • You must not misuse the services, including unauthorized access, disruption, or unlawful activity.

   • This includes but is not limited to any kind of user input data, such as test responses, answers, scores, feedback, and usage patterns.
   • By using the services, you grant Nesote a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use test-related data for analytics, service improvement, research, business collaborations, and any other lawful purpose.

6. Payment and Fees

   • Nesote reserves the right to change the pricing of services at any time.
   • All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. No Guarantee of Success

   • You acknowledge and agree that this platform provides only PTE mock test and training services, not the official PTE examination.
   • The scores or results obtained through the mock tests are for practice and training purposes only and may differ significantly from results achieved in the actual PTE examination.
   • Nesote does not guarantee any results, including success in the PTE test, improvement of English proficiency, or any impact on migration or study-abroad plans.

8. Service Availability

   • Nesote may discontinue, modify, or suspend services at any time without liability.
   • Nesote does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

9. Communications and Marketing

   • By using the services, you expressly consent and authorize Nesote to contact you via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, SMS, or any other communication methods for business purposes related to this service or other businesses in connection with Nesote.
   • You also expressly consent and authorize Nesote to add you to WhatsApp groups, WhatsApp communities, social media groups, online communities, or similar platforms managed by or affiliated with Nesote, for communication and/or business purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    • All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
    • Nesote disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

    • Under no circumstances shall Nesote’s total liability exceed INR 100.
    • Nesote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

12. No Class Action or Class Arbitration

    • You agree that any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.
    • Class arbitrations, class actions, or other representative proceedings are not permitted.

13. Governing Law and Arbitration

    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
    • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kochi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
